Light restretching is called for as a carpet ages if it was cut a little too long by the installer. It can also come in handy as a carpet wears and stretches, thereby loosening up. By calling us, not only do you get rid of an unsightly ripple, you can prevent that peak of the wave from wearing out prematurely, and you might even save yourself from tripping! Sometimes seams will pull apart, or otherwise let go. This exposes the new 'edge' to wear, and can even be dangerous in a commercial setting.
