Over the years we have learned that each job is different, but one thing remains the same. Preparing your new building space for use may sound like a simple task, but there is no one-size-fits-all solution to construction cleaning. Having the right tools, processes, and knowledge is essential to getting the job done right. More importantly, having a service provider with the expertise and experience in construction cleanup and with the resources to customize our construction cleaning program to meet your deadlines and special requirements, are important business considerations that could end up saving you valuable time and money. It is important to note that 60% of our new construction services time is consumed with the cleaning of glass surfaces & frames. Our technicians know the difference between tempered glass, glazed glass, how to treat them and how to avoid damaging them. This is a very significant skill in our industry, and we do it well. We respectfully ask that we be the last trade in to perform service, because it is not possible to do a good & complete final cleaning job when other trades are working amongst us and when doors and windows are kept open by others. Our goals are perfection, and to keep your costs down. Doing a final clean without running water makes our job harder and will take us longer, so having the utilities connected at the final stage can save you money as well! We suggest at least two cleanings (Rough Clean/Final Clean) on every job which often are the same total cost to you as a one only final clean. Generally the garage area is used by flooring installers to cut & measure their material and it is very important that the garage floor be very clean for this process. We use a lot of water in the concrete cleaning process (we power scrub because pressure washing may void your warranty) and generally there is a lot of bare dirt surrounding concrete areas. Naturally, it turns to mud. By doing the rough clean earlier in the process, this mud can dry out and is never as much of an issue. Furthermore, our experience has proven that the last week before the final walk is a hectic one for our clients, and with this process done a week or two before, there will be less of a chance of other trades tracking mud onto the installed carpet or hard floor goods.
